- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I went to Alana at Move Forward Physiotherapy after seeing a number of other Physiotherapists who couldn't treat a pain in my knee that I've experienced for over a year. Alana diagnosed my condition promptly and created an exercise plan for me to help ease the pain.
